This crossover pure-electric vehicle—specifically engineered for young consumers—not only inherits the core DNA of the Dongfeng Nammi 01 new energy vehicle, but also leverages the exclusive “Cangshan Mountain Grey” exterior color and crossover sports design elements to articulate a distinctive, trend-forward character through refined detailing.

It has been reported that, as a co-created, customized version based on modifications to the Dongfeng Nammi 01 new energy vehicle, the Dongfeng Nammi 01 Cross new energy vehicle retains the core strengths of the original model while delivering notable enhancements in sportiness and personalization, achieving upgrades in both visual design and overall driving experience.

On that day, the journalist visited Yipai Technology’s Xiangyang factory and observed that the most striking feature of the Dongfeng Nammi 01 Cross new energy vehicle is undoubtedly its distinctive “Cangshan Mountain Grey” exterior finish. Characterized by a refined, warm tactile quality, this color is achieved through nano-level precision coating technology—delivering exceptional stain resistance, long-term durability, and advanced optical filtering effects. As a result, the vehicle commands attention in traffic without requiring any aftermarket modifications. A holographic light curtain seamlessly integrated across the front lamp assembly serves as the crowning detail: upon illumination, intricate, multi-layered patterns within the headlamp cluster gradually emerge, harmoniously complemented by a newly introduced aerodynamic body kit and sleek black accent strips—elevating the vehicle’s sporty character while balancing visual impact with functional design.

“Focusing on the mass-market electric vehicle segment, the Dongfeng Nammi 01 Cross new energy vehicle represents a comprehensive evolution from sensory experience to intelligent features,” said Li Xiao, the head of this factory. It is scheduled for official launch in the second quarter.
