On October 29, the Geophysical Survey Center of the China Geological Survey, in collaboration with relevant organizations, successfully conducted a youth science popularization and research activity titled “Exploring the Geological Code of the Hanshui River and Unlocking the Light of Natural Wisdom” at its Xiangyang base in Hubei Province. Approximately 400 primary and secondary school students deepened their understanding of earth science through engaging activities, including attending lectures on “The Beautiful Hanshui River” and visiting science popularization exhibition halls, where they experienced the allure of geological work firsthand.
