On February 12, a cultural and artistic knowledge training session was held at the Xinhua Community Residential Compound Room in Qilihe Street, Xiangyang Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone, Hubei Province. Zhu Dehe, the president of the Xiangyang Paper Cutting Association, explained the art of paper cutting to the children and provided hands-on guidance in paper folding, line drawing, and cutting. This event allowed the children to experience the charm of paper cutting and enriched their winter vacation activities.
