On January 1, the newly opened hall of the Zaoyang City Library was very popular, attracting nearly 10,000 citizens to read books here during the New Year’s Day Holiday. The Zaoyang City Cultural Center and the new and comprehensive halls of the Zaoyang City Library are important components of the key livelihood project named “combining seven public places into one” in Zaoyang City, Xiangyang, Hubei Province. The Zaoyang City Library’s new hall has a floor area of approximately 8,000 square meters and nearly 700 reading seats.
