On June 5, the Xiangshui River and the Han River in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, appeared exceptionally harmonious and beautiful against a backdrop of blue skies and white clouds.

In recent years, Xiangyang has adhered to integrated watershed management as the foundation, while coordinating ecological and environmental protection with green and low-carbon development. Efforts have been accelerated to promote a comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, to build a beautiful Xiangyang characterized by ever-present lush mountains, perennially  green waters, and consistently fresh air.
