On January 14, the journalist learned from Xiangyang Digital Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xiangyang Digital Industry Group”), a subsidiary of HJGT, that the company in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, is actively addressing the pressing public concerns regarding “parking difficulties and disorder.” By closely aligning with urban construction planning and strategic deployment, the group is efficiently advancing the development of an integrated “single network” smart parking system across Xiangyang’s city area, while simultaneously enhancing and supporting charging infrastructure. By the end of 2025, through new construction and expansion projects, the Xiangyang Digital Industry Group had built a total of 876 parking spaces. Among them, the temporary parking lot on Zhongxin Road contributed an additional 189 spaces, while the expansion of the parking facility north of the Xiangyang Citizen Service Center provided an additional 27 spaces. Strategically located in areas with high demand, these facilities have effectively alleviated parking shortages in key neighborhoods. At the same time, this group has accelerated the integration of social parking resources: the Xiangyang Smart Parking Management Platform has cumulatively connected 620,800 static parking spaces citywide, marking the full implementation of the unified “single network” smart parking system in the central urban area of Xiangyang.

The 603 Commercial and Parking Building project, strategically situated adjacent to the 603 Cultural and Creative Park and Xian Mountain National Forest Park, leverages the rich cultural and creative industry resources in its vicinity. Since the commencement of construction, the project has rigorously implemented standardized management practices, establishing and refining the “four major control systems” encompassing quality, safety, schedule, and cost. The Zhixing Zhongxin Road Parking Lot precisely addresses the dual needs of commercial parking and residential parking for older communities. Situated along the central segment of Zhongxin Road in Fancheng District, the facility is adjacent to the locally renowned “Cured Pork Ribs Street” and a cluster of popular specialty crayfish restaurants—areas characterized by consistently high pedestrian activity and significant parking demand. The parking lot is planned to provide 188 parking spaces and is equipped with 20 charging stations for new energy vehicles. This not only alleviates parking challenges for visitors dining in the area but also supports the green mobility needs of nearby residents by providing convenient access to electric vehicle charging facilities.
